We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. It’s economical, reliable and pretty quick. Your shipment is also insured.

We ship a ton of product to US customers, so we try and make the experience as smooth as possible.

US payments

Your order is billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exchanged to US dollars (USD) by your credit card company (or PayPal, if you are using them to pay). You will see an estimate of your order cost in USD in your cart before checkout, but the checkout process is in CAD. Your actual charges will vary slightly depending on exact exchange fees charged by the credit card company. On your statement, you will see a charge for "GRAINSTORM" with the original amount charged in CAD and then the actual USD charge to your credit card.

US Shipping

We try to do most of our US fulfillment out of our Southern California office to provide fastest possible fulfillment. However, we do sometimes need to ship out of Toronto if we have an inventory issue, which adds a few days to the shipping time.
