Rustic Cookie Mix

Got a mill at home? Make your own GRAINSTORM Rustic Cookie Mix!

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) organic spelt kernels
  • 85 g (3 oz) organic Kamut® kernels
  • 60 g (2 oz) organic oat groats
  • ½ cup plus 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp organic Sucanat®
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt



Directions

  1. weigh out grains and mix together evenly
  2. mill at finest setting
  3. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly

Use this homemade GRAINSTORM mix in any of the recipes where you would use ours.
